  • 2019 - 2023 - Challenge Group - As a member of the group's high management, I led the group's procedures writing, helping all of the group's departments in all companies write and update old procedures.
  • 2020 - Challenge Group - During COVID-19, my main mission was to set up a global IT department from a four-person local team in Israel. In 2023, I left IT with 24 people in various IT pillars. Helpdesk, System, , Network, BI, ERP, Software development & DevOps, and Security in 3 countries, maintaining the IT for six companies globally.
  • 2016 - Checkpoint - From day one,  my primary mission was to build a new team. A major success, The team successfully maintained Ckeckpoint's open-source compilations environment for years while supporting more than 2000 R&D and QA users and maintaining over 20,000 VMs in several labs.

 - During COVID-19, my main mission was to set up a global IT department from a four-person local team in Israel. In 2023, I left IT with 24 people in various IT pillars.   • 2019 - 2023 - Challenge Group - CIO for Challenge group. Six companies worldwide and three airlines. Building the team worldwide starting from two people in IL and reaching 24 people worldwide. I have established 7 pillars to help and provide the group's needs for growth and increasing revenues. (BI, ERP, System, Helpdesk, Development & DevOps, Network and Security)
  • 2016 - 2019 - Checkpoint - Managed checkpoint production environment, managing the IT team from budget to implementation. I was also managing the DBA and the corporate system due to the lack of managers. Reporting directly to CP VP of MIS.
  • 2011 - 2015 - Logic Industries - Building a team for a three and a half years DR project. During the project cycle, I led the IT team (system, Security, Network). Eventually, I led 60 people under five managers. The project was successfully delivered.
  • 2009 - 2011 - Time To Know - Building and Managing Time-To-Know IT operations from scratch, reporting to the CFO. I have managed the IT department from all aspects, including team leadership, customer service, development, budgets, and procedures in a production 24/7 environment supporting 500 users worldwide.

  • 2019 - 2023 - Challenge Group -Introduced and integrated  Monday.com to the group for collaboration between the various departments. developed customized interfaces and applications for business needs. Online booking site for our Cargo airlines. Horse-inn online booking application for customers, HR application for dedicated HR needs managing Belgium employment in our Airport warehouses—warehouse application to manage our WH in LGG airport with fully automated workflows and employee guidance.  Load and balance application integration to help load the aircraft with Boeing specs. I have Replaced all Storage and network infrastructure replacements to improve the performance of the business. 
  • 2016 - 2019 Checkpoint - Setting up the first Network and workflow monitoring system (Opensource), allowing the IT to monitor the production compilation environment processes and performance. Designed and implemented a new compilation environment to reduce compilation time from 14 hours to less than 4.

Since 2009, I have been managing ERP systems. Mostly Priority ERP. As Challenge Group CIO, I managed 3 ERP systems for six companies in my last position. Three of which were airlines. 

  • All of the ERP systems were fully customized to support all of the group's companies' operations.
  • I have managed and set up an ERP development team to support and develop airline/finance/warehouse/sales/ Logistics operations and workflows.
  • Developed Priority API integrations with external 3rd party systems to allow fully automated processes according to the business needs to increase efficiency and revenue. 
  • We have developed internal interfaces between priority systems for easy intercompany operations and a global view of the operation for the group's management.


2011 - Managed ERP implementation. End to end, from collecting the needs to the characterization and implementation.

2008 - Hands-on admin and maintenance of Timetoknow ERP system.

I have designed and implemented 6 Data Centers In my career.

  • 2023 - Challenge group - Setting up 2 New on-prem Data Centers. one in Israel and one in Belgium, on the Airside of the LGG airport. The LGG DC was built in a 40ft shipping container, so it can be moved as-is if and when needed. The designed solution was mine, supporting the group's DR and business continuity. The solution is up and running.
  • 2016 - Checkpoint - More computing power was needed as the company grew. I was in charge of designing and implementing 3 DC server rooms in the new building. Also, I was in charge of reorganizing two of the older ones. recablling, and replacing old equipment with the collaboration of the network and system teams.
  • 2011 - Logic Industries - I have Designed and implemented the largest DC in EMEA for the Abu Dhabi government as part of a 500 Million Dollar DR project. From HLD/LLD to implementation. I was one of the six designers, and I was in charge of the DR workflow and operation, writing the runbook, and creating the BOC & BOM. Manage the hands-on teams throughout the implementation process. I have managed the team in the lab to find solutions to problems or new ideas. The project was delivered successfully.

2019 - 2023 - Challenge Group - 

  • Managing the BI department, ensuring all group needs are met.
  • I implemented the first AI and automation system at Challenge Group. 
  •  2019 - 2023 - Managed and upgraded the security Infrastructure and portfolio for Challenge Group. I was managing the CISO and the Netsec team.

2016 - 2019 -  Checkpoint

  • Working alongside Checkpoint's CISO and security department to ensure the Cyber resilience of the internal compilation environment, R&D labs, and the most dangerous environment, the Malware LAB I was in charge of.

2011 - 2015 - Logic Industries 

  • Designed a secure solution for a 500 Million dollar project for the Abu Dhabi government. Encrypting and securing a state-wide multicast closed environment with Facial recognition, LPR systems, and smart city solutions.

2000 - 2001 - ITCON 

  • Penetration tester hands-on for Credit Swiss bank in Luxemburg and Switzerland. Hacking into the bank and submeeting pen-test documentation with results and remediation procedures.
